Add the license key for the old version with the License Key Manager to run both versions of OfficeWriter.(Dlls can be found under Program Files\SoftArtisans\OfficeWriter\bin). Update the references in your projects to point to the new OfficeWriter dlls.

After 4 days back and forth between Roxio and Best Buy, FINALLY Roxio gave me a new Key, to work one time, so I could install the software. But I could not find one BB store that knew anything about it. The way it was supposed to work was they validated it at the store when you purchase. VHS-DVD 3+ purchased at Best Buy contained a 2nd BBY serial number.
